To add supplier information in RETM, you can record key details that help you efficiently manage supplier relationships.

Steps to Add Suppliers

  1. From the dashboard, navigate to Inventory, then select Suppliers.
  1. A list of previously added suppliers will appear. Click on the supplier you wish to manage.
  1. A new window will open, allowing you to add the following information for the supplier:
  • Notes: Add any important notes related to the supplier by clicking on Add, such as terms of engagement or specific agreement details.
  • Payments: Record payments made to this supplier by clicking on Add. This helps you easily track your financial obligations.
  • Financial Record: Review and analyze all financial transactions associated with the supplier to ensure accurate financial management.
  • Contacts: Save information of responsible individuals in the supplier company, such as names, phone numbers, and email addresses, to facilitate communication.
