Creating Quantity Adjustment and Linking Them to Inventory Item
The RETM system allows you to easily adjust inventory quantities to ensure accurate stock data. You can update quantities for various reasons, such as damage, expiration, addition, or withdrawal of stock. This process helps you accurately track inventory and improve auditing and accounting operations.
Steps to Add a Quantity Modification
- From the dashboard, navigate to Inventory and select Quantity Adjesmnet .
- Click the Add button from the top menu.
- Enter the basic information: select the location, choose the modification reason, and set the due date.
- Click Add to proceed.

Explanation of Required Fields When Adding a Quantity Modification
- Location: Select from the available list.
- Reason: Choose from options like Damaged, Expired, Stock Addition, or Stock Withdrawal.
- Due Date: Enter the applicable date.
- Reference: Input a reference for future tracking of the modification.

After entering the above details:
- A new window will appear; add the items you wish to modify from the list.
- You can add multiple items.
- The added items will appear in a list at the bottom of the window.
- Enter the quantities you want to adjust for each item.
- After entering all required modifications, click Proceed to save the changes.
