RETM system allows you to easily set up your establishment's account to ensure the accuracy of data related to taxes, working hours, and currencies used. By setting up the account, you can customize the basic information that will appear on invoices and reports, such as the establishment's logo, name, and tax number.
Steps to Set Up the Account
- Log in to your dashboard at http://retm.sa.
- From the dashboard, navigate to Settings, then select Establishment Information.
- Enter the basic account information, such as uploading the establishment's logo and name.
- After verifying the accuracy of the data, click the Save button at the top of the page to successfully add the account.

Explanation of Required Fields When Setting Up the Account
- Upload Establishment Logo: The logo should be in dark color with a white background to ensure printing clarity. Recommended dimensions: width 300 pixels × height 100 pixels.

- Establishment Name and Tax Number: Write the establishment's name in both Arabic and the secondary language, and enter the correct tax number to avoid any issues related to tax compliance.

- Set Working Hours: Enter the start and end times for official working hours. Specify the time zone to ensure accurate timing in invoices and reports.
