Steps to Modify a User

  1. From the dashboard, select Settings, then Users.
  1. A list of previously added users will appear. Select the user you wish to modify.
  1. A window will appear where you can edit the desired information:
  1. Status: Click to toggle between Active/Inactive.
  2. Username: Used for login; must be in English letters only, without numbers or symbols.
  3. Display Name: Appears in user operations within the system; no restrictions.
  4. Email: Used for password recovery when needed.
  5. Password: Set by you.
  6. PIN Code: A 4-digit code used in the cashier application; should not be shared.
  7. Role: Defines the user's permissions within the system.
  8. Branch: Specifies the branch associated with the user.
  9. Warehouse: Specifies the warehouse associated with the user (if applicable).
  1. After entering the data, click on Edit to save the changes
