Steps to Delete a Branch

1. Send an email to the following address specifying the branches you wish to delete: info@retm.com.sa
2. Branch deletion can only be performed through the main owner's account.
3. From the dashboard, navigate to Settings, then select Branches.
4. A list of branches will appear.
5. Click on the branch you wish to delete, then press Delete.
6. Click Confirm to successfully complete the deletion process.retm.com.sa

Cancelling Linked Devices

• When a branch is deleted, all devices linked to it will be automatically canceled.retm.com.sa

Stopping Billing for the Deleted Branch

• If you wish to stop billing for the branch after deleting it from your account, please contact us via the following email: info@retm.com.sa
• When sending the request, specify the branches you wish to delete to ensure the request is processed correctly.
