You can create new transfer operations, track their status, and update information upon receipt, ensuring data accuracy and ease of inventory control.
Steps to Add a New Transfer Operation
- From the dashboard, navigate to Inventory and select Transfer Operations.
- Click the Add button located in the top menu.
- Enter the basic transfer operation information, such as the sender, receiving location, and due date.
- After verifying the accuracy of the data, click the Add button to successfully add the operation.

Explanation of Required Fields When Adding a New Transfer Operation
- Transfer From: Specify the sending branch.
- Receiving Location: Choose the location where the inventory will be received.
- Due Date: Set the date for the transfer operation.
- Invoice Reference: Enter the operation number, reference, or any related notes.

- After entering the information, click Add to save the operation.
- A new window will appear; add the new items you want.
- After adding all the materials, click Proceed.
